What is the return policy?
Because each print is hand-signed and carefully prepared for each subscriber, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. I'll happily replace any item that was damaged in transit or correct any mistake with your order
When will I get my order?
The Brush and Pen Post envelopes are mailed the first week of every month. Most U.S. orders arrive 3-7 business days after they're mailed.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You are free to cancel at any time. If your monthly package has already been prepared when you cancel, you'll still receive that mailing before your subscription ends.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! The Brush and Pen Post is available worldwide. Shipping is included in the subscription price, with separate pricing for U.S., Canada and international subscribers.
